Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is 8–14 business days in total: 2–4 business days to purchase, quality-check and pack your order, followed by 6–10 business days in transit. Orders are processed Monday to Saturday.

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to customs procedures and other external factors beyond our control. While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur.

Shipping Method & Origin

Mabel & Finn works with international fulfilment partners. Orders may be shipped from different locations depending on product availability, including our international logistics centre. This allows us to offer a wider product range and competitive pricing.

Customs & Import Duties

All prices on our website include UK VAT. For orders delivered in the United Kingdom with a value of up to £135, you will not be asked to pay any import VAT, duties or handling fees on delivery.

Shipping Costs

Delivery is free on every order, with tracking included. There are no extra shipping fees at checkout.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been marked as delivered according to the tracking information, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us within 24 hours so we can attempt to update the order before dispatch.
