Is it safe for a toddler?

Yes. The tree and ornaments are made of soft felt, with no glass, wires or sharp edges. Some ornaments are small, so always let little ones play with an adult nearby.

Do the ornaments stay on?

Yes. Every ornament has a hook-and-loop patch, so it sticks to the felt tree and stays put. Little hands can still pull it off and stick it somewhere else, which is half the fun.

How big is it and what is in the box?

The tree is about 95 x 70 cm, a good size for a toddler to reach the top. In the box you get the felt tree, 32 felt ornaments and a 5 metre string of fairy lights.

Does it come with lights?

Yes, always. Every set comes with a 5 metre string of warm LED fairy lights that you drape over the tree. They run on batteries, so there is no plug or cable on the floor. Always hang the lights out of a toddler's reach and switch them off when no adult is in the room.

It arrived folded, will the creases go?

Yes. The tree is folded to fit in the parcel. Hang it up and most creases drop out within a day, or lay a tea towel over it and press with a cool iron.

Will it arrive before Christmas?

Yes, if you order in time. Delivery is free and tracked on every order. Your order is packed within 2 to 4 working days and then takes 6 to 10 working days to reach you, so 8 to 14 working days in total.
