Will it fit my knee?

Yes, for most adults. It is one size with adjustable straps: you pull them through the buckles until it sits snug above and below your kneecap, then fasten them. The straps measure 30 cm and the padded bands 21 cm across.

Will it stay in place when I walk or climb the stairs?

Yes. Once the straps are fastened it gives a secure, non-slip fit, so it stays put on walks, on the stairs and in the gym, without stopping you from bending your knee.
